Job Description

• Drafting Proposals as requested by Senior Partners and/or Partners. • Coordinating with the liaison attorneys on the technical parts of the Proposal. • Regular follow up on all the incoming e-mails and coordinate with Client Development Manager on the action to be taken regarding each e-mail to avoid any delay and ensure meeting the client’s request in a timely manner. • Filing all the correspondences related to each Proposal. • Adding all sent Proposal in the Department’s log. • Follow up on receiving a reply on our Proposals from the Clients. • Coordinate with the Billing Department regarding all accepted Proposals to make sure that they have entered into the Firm’s billing system.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts in Marketing or English Literature or equivalent (A bachelor degree from AUC is preferred). • Fresh graduate to 3 years of proven work experience in positions requiring good writing skills • Excellent command of both written and spoken Arabic and English • Excellent writing skills • Experience in the marketing and proposal writing is a plus • Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills • Proficient with all Microsoft Office programs and familiar with internet applications • Sharp attention to detail • Well-organized • Critical and analytical thinking • Strong ability to follow-up and coordinate with colleagues.Our Client is a well-known Legal Firm.Interested
