1) Responsible for typing company documents and material, including reports, correspondence and policies 2) Fast and accurate typing skills is a must 3) Can check documents for grammar, spelling and punctuation errors under tight deadlines 4) Handle sensitive information with confidentiality 5) Transfer data from paper formats into digital files or database systems 6) Edit completed work for grammar, spelling and punctuation 7) Gather and organize typing material 8) Create spreadsheets and presentations, combining various data from existing files 9) Scan and print files, as needed 10) Keep information confidential in accordance with security policies
• Bachelor degree • At least 3 years of proven work experience in similar roles (preferable in law firms) • Gender must be male • Fast typing skills • Attention to detail with an ability to spot grammar, spelling and punctuation errors • Confidentiality • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability • Excellent computer skills “Word, Excel & Outlook” • Ability to work to deadlines • Able to work under stress • Able to work flexible working hours • Able to work night shifts • Team working skills.Our Client is a well-known legal firm.
